Settle in for the day as you stitch your way through two fully kitted, exclusive projects designed especially for this event.
Between stitches you’ll be treated to morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea & bottomless tea, coffee, soft drink & water all beautifully prepared by the Zoo’s talented chefs.

Doors of the beautiful Fig Tree Function Centre open at 9:30am and we’ll wrap up and say goodbye at 4:30pm
Feel free to stretch your legs and wander the zoo at any time—perhaps even pop next door and say hello to the giant pandas Xing Qiu & Yi Lan who live right next door to the Fig Tree Function Centre

Pay $175 in full at time of booking
$50 of which is non refundable
OR
Secure your spot with a $50 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due by 30th September 2026
Invoices for remaining balances will be sent out on September 20th with payments due by September 30th

If you are part of a group who would like to be seated together or you would like to book a whole table for your group
(group must be min of 8 max of 10 to book whole table)
After everyone has booked Just one group member needs to email info@countryhart.com.au with a complete list of group members
If You are booking for 2 or more people PLEASE do a separate booking for each person
The bookings may be done on the same order but they need to be separate
Terms & Conditions:
$50 of each booking is non-refundable
Cancellations up to 15th September 2026 will receive a refund, less the $50 deposit
Cancellations after 15th September 2026 will not be refunded unless your place can be filled
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30th September 2026
